Parent and Me Sports Squirts Clasess are designed to introduce children aged 18 months to 3.5 years old to a variety of sports, games and group activities in a safe, structured environment.

Our progressive curriculum enables you and your child to work together on gross motor, communication and social skills. Each week your USSI coach will lead you through a series of fun activities and games that incorporate a different theme and sport.  You and your child will participate in group activities, individual challenges & parachute games, all based on the sport and theme of that particular week.

Sports and games included are as follows:  Soccer, Basketball, Golf, T-Ball, Tennis, Hockey and Lacrosse, Foxes and Rabbits, Parachute fun, Tumbling, Movement and coordination.
