Foundation Tennis is designed to introduce beginners and those with some experience to the fundamentals of tennis. Each session will focus on a specific skill including stroke technique, serving, court awareness and rallying. To ensure optimal learning, all activities are delivered in a low pressure, yet energetic environment, all the while maintaining the enjoyment factor of being on the tennis court.
This program is available year round as a weekly class or camp.
Participants are required to provide their own tennis racquet for this program.
