We at the Philadelphia Eagles, invite boys and girls of all ages to fly with the Eagles and participate at one of our official events. All Philadelphia Eagles Football Academy Events provide participants with a premier non-contact football development and training experience.  

We have developed several different types of events for different skill and age levels. Each Philadelphia Eagles Football Academy Event will include:

  • Instruction from top high school and college football coaches 
  • Photo with a Philadelphia Eagles player
  • Photo with SWOOP and the Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders
  • Philadelphia Eagles Football Academy T-shirt

Whether you're a Rookie or an All-Pro, the Philadelphia Eagles have designed events for all skill levels and age groups.

Championship Caliber Football Experiences
Each event is designed to deliver a first-class experience for participants.

  • Eagles Academy: Play Football Festival
    The festival kicks off on Friday Night with a Skills Challenge and is followed up by a two-day Football Training Camp.
    • Friday Night Skills Challenge - From the quarterback accuracy toss, to a field goal challenge, to the football obstacle course, participants have the opportunity to test their football skills and have a great time with SWOOP, Philadelphia Eagles Cheerleaders and a guest Philadelphia Eagles player.
    • Two-Day Training Camp - Join us for two-days of high-quality football training and development with coaches from college and high school football levels. Instruction over two-days focus on football skill work, 1-on-1's, speed and agility training and feature inspirational talks from Philadelphia Eagles guest players.

Does my child need a specialist football experience to attend?
No prior football experience is required to attend the Philadelphia Eagles Football Academy. All events, camps, and clinics are open to everyone from novices to the more experienced player.

To better assist us on camp, we require you to submit your child's playing the position. To do this, after you have completed your purchase, log into your USG Account, select Active Programs from the drop-down menu and click the red button "Required Info" to submit your child's pre-camp additional information - if your child is a novice player who is unsure of their preferred position please select "Unsure" . 

My child is an advanced player. Do your camps, clinics and events cater for them?
Yes, all camps, clinics, and events provide a pro-football experience with some of the top high school and college coaches around.

Is there a sibling discount?
No, all participants must pay the full listed price.

Do I need to submit health forms?
No health forms are required for Philadelphia Eagles Football Academy camps, clinics, and events. During the registration process, you will be required to sign a waiver stating that the participant you are registering is in good physical health and can participate fully in the activity.

What if I need to cancel my order? Can I get a refund?
Philadelphia Eagles Football Academy will provide a full refund up to 15 days prior to an Event (including "camps", "classes" and "clinics"). All refund requests must be made in writing via email to fly@eagles-camp.com

Once your Event is less than 15 days from the scheduled start date, no refunds will be approved by Philadelphia Eagles Football Academy. You may request a full credit for the amount paid that can be used on a future Philadelphia Eagles Football Academy Event. All requests must be submitted in writing via email to fly@eagles-camp.com and must be received before the scheduled start date of the Event. 

What happens in the event of inclement weather?
All our camps, clinics and events take place rain or shine. To find out if your activity takes place indoors or has an indoor location available check out the specific Program Details Page. 

Who are the coaching staff?
Top level college and high school coaches from the area

Are your coaching staff background checked?
All our coaching staff have provided the required background checks before they work on for Philadelphia Eagles Football Academy.

Can parents carpool to drop off and collect their children from camp?
Yes, providing you have signed our waiver at checkout you may carpool. For child protection reasons we do ask if you plan to carpool for collection (sign-out) that you provide a signed note for including the full name of the individual collecting your child from camp and hand it to the coaching staff during sign-in. In this case each player (unless siblings) would need their own note. If the individual collecting isn't another parent (of a child at camp) we may ask to see identification - this is to ensure the safety of your child.  

Do we need to bring our own equipment? 
All players are required to bring their own mouth-piece/ guard. All other equipment is provided.

What do participants have to wear?
All players are required to wear cleats or turf shoes. Players should be dressed appropriately to play football, we suggest shorts and t-shirts. 

How do I provide my child's T-Shirt size prior to camp?
After you have completed your purchase, log into your USG Account, select Active Programs from the drop-down menu and click the red button "Required Info" to submit your child's pre-camp additional information. 

How are the players grouped?
Players are grouped by age, which will be decided according to the age-related session you registered for.

Can I request my child to be in the same group as a friend?
Yes, if both players are in the same age group they can attend the same session. 

What is the coach to player ratio?
There will be up to a 10-1 player to coach ratio on all Philadelphia Eagles Football Academy camps, clinics, and events.

Can I drop my child off early or pick them up after camp ends?
No early drop-offs or late picks ups are permitted. 

How do coaches contact parents in an emergency?
Parents will provide an emergency contact number when they register. If you are already registered and your contact information has changed please update your child's profile and ensure you also inform us during sign in. 

How do parents contact coaches in an emergency?
We provide you with In-Session Contact Information on our website, and will also provide this information to you during sign in.

Do you provide transportation?
No, you will need to find your own transportation to get to and from your camp, clinic or event. 

Is lunch provided?
No food or drinks are provided. Players must bring their own water bottle, refills of water or Gatorade will be provided. 

Please note the NovaCare Indoor Facility has a NO food policy - most camps, clinics or events held at this location will only take place for a portion of the day, so no food breaks are required. Please do not bring any food with you any camps, clinics or events held at this location. 

For all other camps, clinics and events participants must bring their own lunch and snacks. 

What professional players will be at the camp?
At all our camps, clinics and events there will be at least one professional Philadelphia Eagles Football players in attendance. We will announce which players will be attending each camp closer to the start day of the camp, clinic or class.  

Can I bring something for the professional player to sign?
No - all participants will have an opportunity to have a photo taken with a Philadelphia Eagles Football player. All participants will be photographed by our photographer and will receive their photo to take home.

Will the team mascot be there? 
Yes, the Philadelphia Eagles mascot, SWOOP will be at all camps, clinics, and events. 

Do players receive anything as part of their registration?
All players will receive a Philadelphia Eagles Football Academy T-Shirt, which will be issued their camp, clinic or event. If participants decide to have their photo taken with the Philadelphia Eagles professional player they will receive that photo to take home.

Can parents meet the professional player's?
No. Interaction with the Philadelphia Eagles players is reserved for participants only. 

Can parents stay and watch?
Due to the size of our facilities and to ensure the safety of your child, we ask that parents leave the facility after they have signed in, and return at the end of the camp to collect their child.

  2. Exit out of the webpage
  3. Reload USAsportgroup.com
  4. Sign In with your username and password
  5. Search & select the programs you wish to add
  6. Checkout
I know my password but cannot log into my account

Try resetting your password, to do so, please click the "forgot password" button within the Account Login page (please note sometimes these emails may go into your spam or junk folders).

If directed from a Recreation Department or third-party site you will need to create a seperate USG account(if you have not done so already).

How do I reset my password?
  1. Click the forgot password" button within the Account Login page
  2. Enter your email address linked to the account
  3. Click submit
  4. Locate the USA Sport Group reset password email you received
  5. Click the link in the email (the link is only valid one time, please note multiple attempts to reset the password using the same link will be blocked)
  6. Enter your username (not your email address)
  7. Click submit
  8. Enter a new password, and confirm (please choose a password without any special characters - just letters and numbers)
  9. Click submit
  10. Log in with your Username and New Password
  11. Find a program and register!
  12. Still not working - contact us using one of the methods listed above.
I have forgotten my username, how do I find this?

Please contact us using one of the methods above. To protect your privacy, during this process, you may be asked some quick security questions to verify your identity before we can provide you with your username. If required, during this time we can also reset your password.

I entered all my credit card info but it won't go through

Why do I have to agree to more than one set of Terms & Conditions?

Every program is governed by a particular set of terms and conditions, for this reason if you have selected to purchase multiple products you may find you have to read and agree to multiple program terms and conditions. Everyone purchasing a program regardless of the organization operating the program is required to agree to the USA Sport Group Liability Waiver.
