What program is best for my child?
Squirts:
Fundamental sport skill development through a series of fun games & activities.
Parents: will be available for bathroom breaks, non-participation, or behavioral issues.
Coach: delivers instructions directly to children and controls their overall participation.
Age Range: 3 to 5
Senior Squirts:
Continued sports skill development in a fun environment progressing on from Squirts.
Parents: will be available for bathroom breaks, non-participation, or behavioral issues.
Coach: delivers instructions directly to children and controls their overall participation.
Age Range: 5 to 8
MULTI SPORTS - Senior Squirts
Multi-Sports Senior Squirts classes introduce beginners and those with some experience to a variety of different sports. Our professional sports coaches will ensure that children are engaged in fun, inclusive activities, in a positive learning environment.
Players will have the opportunity to try Lacrosse, Soccer, T-Ball, & Track & Field. They will learn the basic principles of each sport and will be encouraged to apply these skills to a series of fun challenges, structured activities, and scrimmages.
Multi-Sports Class Highlights

All equipment needed for this class will be provided by USA Sport Group.
