Your class wil take place in the outfield of the softball field or behind the field if there is a game going on. This backup location is indicated with a yellow star on the map. There is parking right next to the field.

Track & Field Camp is designed to introduce beginners and those with some experience to the fundamentals of Track & Field. Each session will focus on a different aspect of the game including throwing (javelin & discus), jumping (long jump, high jump, triple jump), sprinting, distance running, and more!
Our progressive Track & Field curriculum enables each player to develop their skills and understanding of balance, muscle control and kinetic development. All track & field events are learned through a series of fun games and activities designed to reinforce movement and coordination skills while incorporating competitive situations. All Senior Squirts curricula create an environment which allows players to develop and progress within the sport.
Groups are typically separated by age and ability to ensure all players flourish in an optimum positive learning environment while having a great time!
