At USA Sport Group, we are seeking energetic and experienced individuals to lead engaging and interactive "Parent & Me" classes for toddlers aged 18 months to 3 years alongside their parents or guardians. Ideal for those with a background in childcare, teaching, or coaching, this role is crucial in creating an imaginative and nurturing environment focused on early motor skill development, coordination, and bonding through interactive, playful activities
Position Details:
- Part-time or Seasonal Positions
- Flexible Schedule: Choose to work on Saturday, Sunday, or both!
- Class Structure: Classes run for 40 minutes in 2-3 hour blocks
- Seasonal Opportunities: Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter positions available
- Diverse Locations: Positions available in over 400 towns across the Tri-State area

Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will implement a pre-structured curriculum designed specifically for toddlers and their parents, emphasizing fundamental movement skills, coordination, and introductory sports concepts. Key responsibilities include:
- Effectively communicate with parents, providing guidance and demonstrations on how to interact and support their toddlers in developing foundational skills.
- Lead weekly classes that are interactive and playful, creating a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation and parental bonding.
- Ensure a safe environment, emphasizing age-appropriate equipment usage and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Experience in childcare (including babysitting, nanny, or parenting), teaching, or coaching required.
- Fun and upbeat personality.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching.
- Enthusiastic about teaching early motor skills to toddlers
- Strong understanding of early childhood development and teaching methods (e.g., repetition, positive reinforcement).
- Excellent communication skills with both parents and children.
- Good organization and time management skills.
