  1. How we collect your personal data, what we collect and why.

When you use our Sites and Services, we collect information from you in various ways both directly and indirectly.

Information you provide directly to us

There are multiple ways in which you provide personal information to the USA Sport Group. When you create a user account, you provide contact and registration information. This user account allows you to use our services and register for camps, classes and/or activities.

When purchasing services on our Sites, you authorize USA Sport Group (or our designated payment processor) to use your personal information to charge the account you specified for the purchased amount. To protect your transactions and purchase, we adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands to ensure the secure handling of credit card information.

We may obtain your personal information when businesses, individuals, and organizations request information form USA Sport Group, for example, individuals may contact our customer service team for assistance.

You may interact with us on one of our social media platforms or participate in our competitions or sweepstakes. This could include sharing photos, posts and other personal information with USA Sport Group.

    Information collected autonomously

Our Sites also gather information from you while you visit, browse and use our Services. For example through cookies and location settings we collect and receive information about how you use our site, and use this to understand consumer behavior and develop our services accordingly.

    Information obtained through third parties

We receive and collect personal information from third parties, for example, one of our Clients may provide your information to us in order to act on their business needs. The sharing of this data would be authorized under the third party's privacy policy and not the USA Sport Group policy outlined in this document. More information on how we share the personal information we receive from third parties can be found below. If you have registered for an event with a third party organization (one of our clients) that uses our Event Management Services, they may provide us with your registration information so we can contact you or provide a service to you on their behalf.

In addition, you may be referred to one of our loyalty programs or services by someone. In this case, we ask them to check with you before they provide us with some of your basic personal information.

  2. How we protect your privacy and store personal information

The personal information we collect is stored in the United States. We will store your information until it is no longer needed for the purposes it was collected. When your personal information is no longer needed, it will be destroyed in a secure manner.

We maintain procedural, technical and physical security measures to safeguard personal information and reduce the risk of misuse, unauthorized disclosures, alteration, and accidental destruction. These measures depend upon the sensitivity of the information we collect. Examples of these include password protection and encryption, implementing confidentiality requirements for employers and service partners, destroying information that is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected, and following strict security procedures for storing your personal information.

Please be aware that no security solution can ever be impenetrable or one hundred percent secure and as such the security of your personal information is also dependent on the steps you take to prevent unauthorized access to your computer, devices and your USA Sport Group account. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or compromised passwords or for any activity on your account via unauthorized password activity.

  3. How we share and use your personal information

We share your personal information within the USA Sport Group and with our Clients, service providers, regulators, and other third parties. The manner in which we share the information is outlined below:

    • Internally with other USA Sport Group entities to provide you with a service or to improve and manage our business operations. This includes enhancing the services and products we offer and tailoring the marketing communications and offers you receive.
    • Third party providers, for example, those who provide camps and events for you to register for on our Sites. To carry out your registration and request for service, we will provide the third party service partners with your personal information.  As result, you will likely receive communication form the third party that holds your registration. The collection of your personal information for a third party service will not be subjected to this policy. The third party provider operates independently of USA Sport Group, so please refer to their privacy policy if you have any questions.

We also use third party organizations to help manage our business operations, for example, the management of our office network is provided by a specialist IT company. We maintain a confidentiality agreement with these third parties, where they have agreed that all personal information shared with them or collected on our behalf should be exclusively used to carry out our contacted service.

    • Government organizations, law enforcement agencies, and regulators may request the disclosure of your personal information, and in doing so, we may share it with these entities in order to comply with the relevant laws.

    • Payment Processors to authorize transactions and complete purchases.

    • Affiliates or Advertisers may receive statistical data or your non-personal information from USA Sport Group, for example, information on website usage, traffic patterns, and site visitors.

Circumstances may arise where USA Sport Group is acquired by or merged with another business entity, or in the unlikely event our bankruptcy, insolvency, or reorganization, we may disclose, transfer or assign the personal information we have collected to the acquiring entity.

  4. Marketing and email preferences

When you register as a User (also referred to as "Costumer", "Consumer") on our Sites, we may use the personal information you provided to let you know about our Services that we think may interest you. We use various methods of communication to achieve this, including emails, mailings, and telephone calls. You can change your marketing preference any time by either contacting us directly or by following the opt-out/update preference link on an email you have received from USA Sport Group or one of its affiliates.

When you register for a service provided by a third party via one of our Sites, you may also at times receive marketing communication from them directly. As outlined previously in this document, all our third-party providers operate independently of USA Sport Group, so please refer to their privacy policy if you have any questions regarding their direct marketing procedure.

  5. How to manage your privacy settings

You may contact us at any time to request that your account details be edited or deleted from our system. You may also change your password and edit your account information yourself by logging into your account.

You may unsubscribe from our email newsletters or promotional emails by following the opt-out instructions on an email you receive from us. You cannot unsubscribe from emails pertaining to transaction confirmations or service related notifications (e.g. changes to the camp or program you have registered), or those related to updates in USA Sport Group policy or business operations.

USA Sport Group may provide links to third-party sites, particularly our Clients who use our Site to list their camps and classes. When you click a link, the third party site may collect personal information for you. We do not endorse, control, nor responsible for practices or policies implemented by third party websites.

  6. The personal information of minors

USA Sport Group does not collect or share any personal information of children under the age of 16 (collectively "Minors") without a consenting parent or guardian, nor do we disclose personal information of a Minor to a third party, unless it is to provide the Service you have requested (for example, when you register your child for a camp provided by a third party, their registration details will be shared with the camp provider).

If you are a parent and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

  7. How cookies may collect information about you

When you visit our Sites, we automatically collect usage information from your computer via cookies. Cookies are small text files, specific to you, which are downloaded or stored on your computer or device when you visit a website. Cookies allow us to uniquely identify you and enhance your navigation through our Site, by remembering things like your location, language, and other settings.

Cookies also allow us to gain analytical and statistical information to understand how you use our Services, for example what pages you have visited or advertisements you open. This information allows us to improve our services for our customers and develop our site accordingly.

We shall store a cookie on your computer or device once you have consented to the use of cookies. This will expire periodically. You can block cookies or change your privacy settings within your browser. If you block all cookies, you may find it difficult to access some parts of our Site. Please note that even if you block cookies, this does not prevent device identification and other related non-personal information from being collected.
