Employment information: Multi-Sport Coach
Join us at USA Sport Group this upcoming season as a Preschool Sports Coach and make a meaningful impact on young children's lives through sports education!
As a Multi-Sport Coach with USA Sport Group, your primary responsibility is to lead fun, engaging, and age-appropriate sports activities for children aged 3 to 7. You will use our curriculums to run interactive sessions that introduce basic sports skills and promote teamwork in a positive and supportive environment. Throughout the season, you will cover a variety of sports such as soccer, lacrosse, track & field, T-ball, and others, typically involving four to five different sports. However, there is the option to focus on sport-specific programs like T-ball or Flag Football. Although you may be teaching a variety of different sports, you do not have to be an expert in them as you're teaching the very fundamentals!
Our coaching positions offer a fantastic opportunity to build your coaching skills, develop your ability to connect with young children, and gain valuable experience in youth sports education. Your main goal is to foster a love for sports, encourage teamwork, and help children develop fundamental motor skills, all while ensuring they have an enjoyable and enriching experience. The ideal candidate has a solid background in sports, whether through playing or coaching, and possesses a lively, enthusiastic personality that can inspire and energize young minds.
Our upcoming Spring Season lasts for 8-10 weeks, starting in April and running through June. Candidates are ideally available for the entire season, with sessions typically scheduled on Saturday and Sunday mornings, along with limited weekday opportunities. Ongoing employment is available once you complete the recruitment process, allowing you to continue your journey with us and make a lasting impact on our community!

Part-Time Employment
- Highest volume of work on Saturday and/or Sunday mornings
- Limited mid-week work available during after-school hours
- This position offers flexibility in location, as we run programs in various towns and counties
Consistent Schedule
- You determine what programs to commit to based on your availability
- Once you agree to take on a specific program, you will commit to that specific day/time for the duration of the season
Paid Training
- After being hired, you will attend both virtual and in-person training events prior to taking on your own program
- During the in-person training, you will receive uniform, equipment, and curriculums
- Previous teaching and/or coaching experience (Preferred)
- A passion for sports & teaching basic skills to beginners
- A fun and bubbly personality to keep the children engaged
- Ability to communicate with children, parents, and co-workers
- Desire to learn and improve as an educator or coach
- Flexible outlook with a positive "can do" attitude
- Reliable and committed

- Valid driver’s license & access to a vehicle to transport equipment
