Having Trouble Logging In?
If you're unable to access your USA Sport Group account, follow these steps or use the help options below.
I Know My Password but Still Can't Log In
- Make sure you're using your email address (we no longer support username logins).
- Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" button.
- Check your spam or junk folder if you don't receive the reset email.
- If you were directed from a Recreation Department or third-party site, you may need to create a separate USA Sport Group account.
- Still stuck? Click "Need Help?" on the login pop-up for quick support options.
How to Reset Your Password
- Click "Forgot Password" on the login page.
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- Open the reset email and click the link (valid for one-time use only).
- Create and confirm your new password (letters and numbers only, no special characters).
- Log in again using your email address and new password.
New Users
If you don't yet have a USA Sport Group account, you can easily create one directly from the login window using your email address — just click the "Create New Account" button.
Website Not Working Properly?
If a button won't click, a field shows an invalid error, or something isn't behaving correctly, click "Report Website Issue" on the login window to let our team know.

If something isn't working as expected during checkout, try the quick fixes below or contact us.
Quick Cart Fixes
- Hard refresh the page: Windows Ctrl + F5 • Mac Cmd + Shift + R.
- Clear your browser cache for usasportgroup.com, or open an Incognito/Private window and try again.
- Remove and re-add items: Empty the cart, browse again, and re-add your programs.
- Try another browser or device: Chrome, Edge, Safari, or mobile often resolves local issues.
- Disable ad-blockers or script blockers temporarily if they interfere with site functionality.
- If a page element won't respond, click "Report Website Issue" (top right of the cart) and tell us what happened.
Programs Aren't Appearing in My Cart
- Hard refresh (see above), then re-search and add the program again.
- Make sure you selected the correct date/time/SKU before adding.
- Empty the cart completely and start a fresh session (use a private/incognito window).
Payment Process
- After you click Confirm on the cart page, you'll be taken to our secure payment processor to enter your card details.
- Your order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully received and you return to the confirmation screen.
- If you close the browser or exit before payment is completed, your registration will not go through.
Coupon / Credit Voucher Not Working
- Check the expiration date of your code.
- Review any discount code exclusions that may apply.
- If your program isn't on the exclusion list but the code still doesn't work, contact us and we'll check for you.
Why More Than One Set of Terms & Conditions?
Each program may have its own terms. If you're purchasing multiple programs, you may need to review and agree to
more than one set. All purchasers must also agree to the
USA Sport Group Liability Waiver.
My Cart Says a Program Is “Prepaid,” But I Haven't Paid Yet
- Empty your cart and search for the program again from the main site.
- On the program details page, follow the specific registration instructions listed there.
Registration Fee & Free Gear
- Your registration fee covers program administration and other program related costs.
- If you are eligible for free gear or items, please note they are not shipped — they are distributed by your coach at the first session (if applicable).
Report a Website Issue
If a button won't click, a field shows an incorrect "invalid" message, or something doesn't behave properly,
click "Report Website Issue" (top right of the cart) and describe the problem
(which page, what you clicked, and any error messages). Our web team reviews these during business hours.
