We are seeking energetic, hard-working, college students to join our internship team for the Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters. These internships can provide you with college course credits or simply provide the necessary work experience to prepare you for your future career.

Internship Role Descriptions

The Business Development Internship is designed for students studying or those aspiring towards a career in business management, business administration, project management, sales or marketing. Students will gain knowledge and experience in business expansion & growth, increasing revenues and profits, SEO, and online marketing.
You will work under the guidance of the Business Development Director to develop existing business processes and implement new projects. You will assist in all areas of the business including but not limited to marketing, sales, client and customer relations, and website development. You will conduct market research into areas of business expansion and sales and be given the opportunity to analyze and report back on your findings.
Part of your experience will include assisting with the sales of new products & services, where you will research, call and email prospective clients and customers. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assist the advertising of sports camps and classes to prospective customers
- Evaluate & update company website content (web development skills are helpful not required)
- Assist in improving SEO of company websites through various methods Make recommendations for improvements to business processes

Interview Stages

Application
You will complete an application and submit your resume for the department and role you are interested in interning.

Internship Event
Your details will be screened to determine your suitability and if accepted you will be invited to an Internship Presentation Event. This is where you will learn more about the company and the internship program and ask questions.

Interview
You will now be invited to a 1:1 interview. This is for us to learn a little more about your experience, philosophies, and motivations to join our team, and give you a chance to ask more specific questions.

Internship Offer
Approved candidates will be offered a position based on department suitability and your areas of interest.

Orientation
All accepted interns will attend our formal Internship Orientation, where you will meet your manager, the entire internship team, and take a tour of the office.

Spring 1 Semester
- Application deadline: December 9th
- Internship Starts: late January
- Duration: 10 or more weeks
Spring 2 Semester
- Application deadline: March 4th
- Internship Starts: beginning of April
- Duration: 10 or more weeks
Summer Semester
- Application deadline: May 13th
- Internship Starts: middle of June
- Duration: 8 - 10 weeks
Fall Semester
