Track & Field Senior Squirts classes introduce beginners and those with some experience to the fundamentals of track & field. Our professional sports coaches will ensure that children are engaged in fun, inclusive activities, in a positive learning environment.
Players will learn fundamental skills in running, jumping and throwing, and will be encouraged to develop their key motor skills, including balance, muscle control, and kinetic development. This all takes place through a series of track & field challenges and events, including sprinting, distance running, relays, long jump, javelin, and more!

All equipment needed for this class will be provided by USA Sport Group.
