This camp is open for both boys and girls.
Our tennis camp gives players the opportunity to experience tennis instruction that will both challenge them and ensure they have a fantastic experience at camp. Every camp is coached by our professional staff that is trained to encourage maximum participation, good sportsmanship, and above all - FUN!
Beginner level players will learn basic hitting techniques while developing their footwork, movement and hand-eye-coordination to help achieve greater rallying success.
Intermediate/advanced level players will practice advanced technical skills that include: Executing top spins, slices and drop shots. Players will also develop the tactical element of the game.
Techniques covered at camp:
- Racket familiarity and court awareness
- Forehands and backhands
- Serving
- Volleying
- Rallying
Other skills covered at camp:
- Rules of Tennis
- Matchplay and scoring
- Coordination, balance, agility, and speed training
- Lower and upper body workouts
- Fun activities and competitions
Groups are separated by age and ability to ensure all players flourish in an optimum positive environment.
Players must bring their own tennis racket. All other equipment needed for this camp will be provided by USA Sport Group.
All participants will receive a FREE Dri-Fit Shirt.
